If you are not in immediate danger but you are struggling

You still deserve help now. Do these next:

  1. Move away from anything you could use to hurt yourself.
  2. Go where another person is, or ask someone to stay with you.
  3. Call one of the numbers above.
  4. Tell one person clearly: “I am not safe alone right now.”
  5. Do not isolate, drink heavily, or stay alone with suicidal thoughts.

For friends or family nearby

Nailscar Ministry is a faith-based suicide prevention, survivor support, awareness, and crisis-direction ministry.

Important: We are not medical providers, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, or emergency services. We do not replace crisis lines, hospitals, or licensed mental health care.

Our role is to point people toward the right resources, offer pastoral care, and speak honestly and compassionately about suicide, grief, hope, and survival.
